American Association of Non-Profit Homes for the Aging (AAHSA): Kendal on Hudson is an active member of AAHSA. 

Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CCAC): "CARF-CCAC is the nation's only accrediting body for aging services continuums, including continuing care retirement ommunities". Kendal will apply for accreditation after opening.

New York Association of Homes and Services for the Aging: "NYAHSA is a statewide organization of socially responsible, community-benefit organizations dedicated to providing high quality health care, housing, and community services to the elderly and people with special needs. NYAHSA's more than 650 members serve an estimated 500,000 New Yorkers annually."

New York State Department of Health: The Department Of Health regulates many of the services Kendal provides including nursing care and enriched housing. Kendal has a Certificate of Authority to operate as a CCRC through the Bureau of Continuing Care Intiatives.

Phelps Memorial Hospital Center: Phelps is located adjacent to Kendal on Hudson and is a 235-bed not-for-profit acute care hospital committed to providing outstanding medical and mental healthcare to the residents of Westchester and surrounding communities.
